Bring Your Own KeyEnterprise

Enterprise teams can run Prodeology on their own LLM contracts — connect Anthropic, OpenAI, or any compatible provider key and your provider bills you directly. Every other plan runs on included platform inference, no keys to manage.

Spillover Safety NetEnterprise · contracted

For Enterprise teams on their own keys: when a key rate-limits, gets revoked, or the provider has an outage, Prodeology falls back to platform inference against a contracted spillover budget. You stay running; fallback usage is logged in your dashboard.

Part of the Enterprise agreement →
Top-ups (Pro)$5 — $500 each

Buy more thinking when you exhaust the monthly budget. Up to $1,500/day, $2,000/mo. Applies to the current cycle. Free has no top-ups — upgrading is the path to more.

Planned for Pro →
Top-ups (Team)$5 — $1,000 each

Higher per-charge ceiling for teams. Up to $5,000/day, $10,000/mo. One-click disable on every charge.

What the thinking budget buys, what happens at the cap, and why nothing is feature-gated.

What does the thinking budget actually buy?
Everything you do in Prodeology draws from one budget — Prodeology picks the right model for each task, so heavier thinking simply draws more. A Pro budget comfortably covers a heavy month of solo product work for most PMs, and the in-app meter always shows where you stand.
Why is every feature on every plan?
Because the thing you're buying is thinking, not unlocks. Feature walls make free users evaluate a crippled product and paying users audit a feature matrix. Instead, plans differ on exactly two things: how much thinking is included each month, and how many people can work together.
What happens when I hit 100% of my budget?
At 80% Prodeology automatically biases routing toward cheaper models to stretch what's left. At 100%, inference pauses until the next monthly grant — or immediately resumes with a top-up (Pro and above) or an upgrade. Nothing is deleted and nothing else stops working.
Do I need my own API keys?
No — inference is included on every plan, Free included. You never create a provider account or manage a key. Bring-your-own-key exists for Enterprise teams that want Prodeology running on their existing LLM contracts and data-routing terms.
What happens to my unused budget?
The monthly allowance resets on your billing anniversary each month. Top-up balances carry forward within your subscription term.
Why does Team have a 2-seat minimum?
Team exists for more than one person — shared workspaces, shared library, admin controls. Two seats at $100 is the honest entry point: a two-person team pays $200/mo, and each additional seat adds $100 with its own thinking budget.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes — pay 10 months up front, get 12. Roughly 17% off the monthly rate: Pro lands at $500/yr and Team at $1,000/seat/yr.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Annual contracts can be cancelled at renewal. There is no separate cancellation fee.
